The friendly staff made my husband's birthday special by arranging wine and chocolates in our well-appointed room. The large pool was great for our family, and the location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions like sugar hill and the franconia flume.

Location was great. Condo was very clean, grounds well kept up and staff friendly and helpful.

Generally, the place was beautiful and had very informative and excellent staff in such a friendly and kind manner. Enjoyed to spend 2 days in our brand-new loft with great view, 2 separate bedrooms, as for instance. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Fast food restaurant Niagara Sub Shoppe was located 10 minutes walk away. The outstanding onsite restaurant had a good choice of food.

The beautiful suite features a full kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs provide a great way to unwind after a day of exploration in the area.

Upon arrival, the check-in wait exceeded 30 minutes despite reaching after the official 4 PM check-in time. The air conditioning felt inadequate, especially in warmer conditions, leading to some discomfort . Requests for upper-floor accommodations were not met even after being specified three months in advance, which can be frustrating who value privacy and views.

Was not very apealing or easy getting to and from our basement condo, it was a maze with too many corners and steps, kinda a little creepy! Garbage disposal had such a foul smell that we had to clean right away! Oven had a little chunk of burnt meat or something on the rack, which was a little gross lol! The table was dirty, had to wash it. A few dead bugs and cob webs here and there in condo, is to be exspected because of the ground level, though deck was loaded with spiders and webs! Half the games in game room were not in working order. Some machines in workout room were not working, workout and game room need a little bit of a facelift. Other than some setbacks here and there it's not a bad place to stay, clean and relaxing otherwise. They have different buildings on the property. If we stay there again we will ask if they have a room in their main building where all the emenities are, I think we'll be alot happier with that setup!

Relaxing and laid back. Good selection of amenities - game room, Pool, etc. Nice room, love the jacuzzi tub. Location is great for easy hikes and quiet country drives.

The area doesn't offer much in the form of entertainment, which is okay sometimes. We didn't want crowds, and didn't get them!

Fantastic Family Activities and Amazing Views

I recently enjoyed a good stay, where the highlight was definitely the myriad of family-friendly activities, especially the engaging guided tours offered by the staff. Our room was spacious and came with a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for making meals together. The outdoor heated pool with fine views was a favorite spot for our family to relax after a day of adventures. The room could use a bit of updating to enhance the overall experience.

It was good value for the money. We wanted a place for a weekend reunion, and choose the Pollard Brook because it has a spacious dining/living room and a kitchen. It was much more comfortable compared to motel rooms.

Marvellous and stunning location super close to the mountain made it easy to get to key attractions. We where there for 1 night and felt would stay here again.

Well, the area was poor overall.

I appreciated the attentive staff. The room was clean and well-appointed, easily accessible for seniors. The views of the surrounding mountains were amazing and added to the overall charm of the resort.

I really liked all the space available in a two-bedroom suite; we never felt cramped. The view was beautiful from the Jackman Bldg.

The only issue that came up was that the internet was down during our stay.

The Jacuzzi tub was a real treat after hitting the slopes, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking.

Felt lucky, no complaints whatsoever.
